We loved the location of this hotel. It was within walking distance of the train station, as well as Sapporo nightlife and shopping. The hotel facilities were great, with a microwave and ice machine available for guests to use. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, especially considering it was a "smoking" room. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
Nothing could have been better.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean and had some great details like bath robes, anti-frost mirrors, and free bottle water each day. The staff was friendly and always there to help. The location was perfect, not far from the train station and near a subway entrance. It was also within walking distance to Odori, Tanukikoji, and Susukino. Additionally, there was a shopping center nearby.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious, which was perfect for my family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The hotel is conveniently located near Odori Park, the subway station, and Tanukikoji Shopping Street, making it easy to explore the city. We found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful, even though their English was limited. The hotel had a strict policy on checking in and out, but this ensured a smooth and efficient process.

The hotel's location is perfect, with many places close to the centre of town. We loved that it was within walking distance to the underground that connects the main areas of this city. The convenience of having a Family Mart just opposite the hotel was great, especially with the added bonus of having around 12 seats to eat here. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Almost perfect. The hotel is starting to show its age, with tired-looking rooms and a musty smell. The bathroom definitely needs modernizing.
